Four elements, one gap they’re built to close.
Here’s how each one works.
VALUES
Values are the atmosphere you live in — the forces shaping your identity and worldview, invisible until you go looking for them. Most people can’t name their own values on request, not because they don’t have any, but because nobody ever asked them to look. This is where the work starts: making the invisible visible.
Principles
Principles are values transformed into lived commitments. It’s the difference between believing something matters and building your week around it. What matters to you becomes actions you commit to take on a regular basis, not once, not when it’s convenient, but as a practice.
PASSION
Passion is the energy that moves you forward — the place where your curiosity, your skill, and what you find meaningful intersect. It isn’t a job title or a hobby. It’s the thing that makes effort feel like less like effort.
VISION
Vision is the aspirational future self, made specific enough to act on. Not a vague sense that things should be different, but a picture concrete enough that you can tell, this week, whether you’re moving toward it or away from it.
The CQ framework: how Values, Principles, Passion, and Vision work together to close the gap between intention and action.
